When a clinic delegates its messages to Elena, we handle them in English until your date is set. We confirm your doctor's team can support you in English before you commit.

What does Elena add to my price?

Nothing. You pay your clinic directly, and Elena never adds a markup to its quote.

How does the English part work?

When a clinic delegates commercial communication to Elena, we handle those messages in English before booking. We also confirm English support with your doctor's team, so you know before you commit whether the doctor or someone on the team will be the one speaking with you.

What does "verified" mean here?

Four dated checks: the clinic's REPS registration at the address where you'd be treated, the doctor's professional license looked up by ID number, the training papers, and a public record that traces to that licensed identity. It does not mean we judged the medicine.

Where are the doctors on Elena today?

In Cali. GR Dents and its two dentists have published profiles; none carries the seal yet because their verification file is still open. In every other city, we check the dentist you bring us, free.

When do I see the price?

Before you accept or pay. Your clinic approves a written quote with its inclusions, validity and dates. Changes require your agreement.

What happens after I confirm my date?

Your clinic coordinates treatment and follow-up. Ask the clinic about language support, recovery and urgent care before you commit. Travel and lodging are not included in Elena's service.
