How verification works.

1Send us the doctor

A name, a clinic, or a social handle is enough. It costs nothing and you don't have to book.

2We run the checks

We confirm the ReTHUS license, the training papers, the clinic's REPS registration, and that the profiles and reviews you'd find online trace to that licensed doctor.

3You get a plain answer

We tell you what we found, good or bad, including anything we couldn't confirm.

What does a verification cost me?
Nothing, whether or not you end up booking anything with Elena.
How does Elena make money if verification is free?
Clinics pay Elena for technology and commercial services: a monthly fee and, on the plans where Elena answers patients for the clinic, a commission on the patients who book. You pay your clinic directly, and Elena never adds anything to its price. Payment does not buy verification, ranking or a medical recommendation.
What does Elena check, and what does it leave out?
The doctor's government medical license, their training and specialty credentials, the clinic or hospital they work from, and whether the public reviews and profiles line up with the license we checked. We do not rate clinical quality, and Colombian law lets some sanctions stay private, so a clean check is not a full disciplinary record.
What happens if a doctor doesn't check out?
We tell you directly. If Elena has doctors for the same treatment, we show you who they are and where their verification stands. You pick who to ask.
Can I ask about any kind of doctor, not just a dentist?
Yes. Elena verifies doctors and clinics across medical, aesthetic, and dental treatment, not just one specialty.
What if I already have a quote and want to know if it's fair?
Send it to us along with the doctor's name. We'll tell you whether the price is fair, and whether a doctor on Elena can quote the same treatment.
