Your health information Elena can collect and keep what I wrote about my treatment. That is the treatment you named, what you wrote for a doctor to read, your budget and travel dates, and your name, email, and phone. It also covers the messages you send us later and any photos you send by email. We use it to show you the doctors on Elena who fit and you pick, get you a written quote, answer your questions, confirm your booking, and keep a record of your case. We never use it for advertising and we never sell it. Who else sees it is in the next box. You can withdraw this any time by emailing legal@getelena.com.
Elena can send it to clinics in Colombia so they can quote me. We pass what you wrote, your messages, and any photos you send to one or more clinics in Colombia that can quote your treatment. You then choose which quote to accept, or none of them. Handling it also means our hosting provider Cloudflare, our email provider Resend, and, only if you pick SMS or phone, the company that carries that message, which is Telnyx. We never share it with advertising networks or data brokers. You can withdraw this any time by emailing legal@getelena.com.
Help improve our assistant (optional). Let Elena use this conversation to improve its automated assistant, with your name, email and phone number removed first. It is used only by Elena for that purpose, processed on Cloudflare, never sold or shared for advertising.
